Commercial World Finance offers its Residential division with the Birth of Core Re$idential Financing.  Core is the daughter company that can service the needs for traditional residential financing.  Core is adding programs to meet the circumstances of different types of residential lenders.  With the latest state of the economy things have tightened up in all markets.  Core is striving to find programs and help the residential market continue to close loans.
